At the same time, we all know that putting feelings under the carpet often block process and outcome. The result: stress and frustration. On the other hand, having the feelings at the surface is also often not resulting in a efficient workspace. Our question therefore is:

The complexity of organizations often reduces its ability to establish common goals, effectively solve problems and adopt new insights. ModelMinds present you a group of honest, authentic, and self-directed learners. Young changemakers; who stand for a positive, lasting impact. The founders & permanent core team are Manuel & Oscar, who have met each other during their studies at Knowmads Business School. The core team is supported by a wide network both in the Netherlands and abroad. Currently Marco De Cuyper is working with us full time as an explorer.
